How far in advance should I book?
To ensure you get your preferred date and time, I recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for weekend parties. For major events and the Christmas season, 3-6 months is ideal. However, don’t hesitate to reach out for last-minute bookings, as I can sometimes accommodate them!
How do I check your availability for my date?
The quickest way is to fill out the contact form on this page with your event date, time, and location. I’ll check my calendar and get back to you with a personalised quote and my availability, usually within 24 hours.
What is your booking process?
It’s a simple 4-step process! 1) You enquire via the contact form. 2) I send you a personalised quote. 3) You accept the quote and pay a deposit to secure your date. 4) I handle the rest, and you get to relax and enjoy the event!
What do you need me to provide at the venue?
For most parties, all I need is a clear, safe space for the performance (approx. 3m x 3m) and access to a power outlet. For outdoor events, a shaded or covered area is essential to protect the children and my equipment from the Darwin sun and heat.
Are you insured?
Absolutely. I hold a $30 million Public Liability Insurance policy and a current Ochre Card (Working with Children Clearance). Safety and professionalism are my top priorities.
What age groups are your shows best for?
That’s a great question! While I don’t offer traditional face painting, I offer a fantastic alternative called Glitter Bling (part of my Roving Entertainment). It’s faster, more heat-proof for Darwin’s climate, and creates a stunning, sparkly effect that kids adore. Many parents find it’s a much better fit for parties and events as there are no long queues.
Where can I find your prices?
Each of my main service pages (Birthday Parties, Magic Shows, Balloon Twisting, etc.) has detailed package information with starting prices. Because every event is unique, the best way to get an exact price is to fill out the contact form for a custom, no-obligation quote.
Do you have a travel fee?
My standard packages include travel within the Darwin, Palmerston, and Howard Springs areas. A small travel fee may apply for events in rural or remote locations to cover time and fuel costs. This will always be clearly itemised in your quote.
